Phase 1: Enabling Bluetooth Pairing

1. Turn the printer ON.
2. Open the printer lid by lifting the square latch on the bottom right.

   

3. Press and hold the Feed button until the printer roll light (located inside the triangle icon) starts blinking.

   

4. Close the printer lid. A receipt will print out automatically.
5. Quickly press the Feed button 1 time, then hold it for 2 seconds.

   

6. A final receipt will print, and the Bluetooth icon on the printer should now be blinking, indicating it is ready to pair. 

   

Phase 2: Connecting to the iPad and POS App

1. On your iPad, navigate to Settings > Bluetooth.
2. Locate and tap on the printer to connect. The device name will start with TM-m30III_XXXXXX (the last 6 characters are the printer's serial number). Wait until the status says "Connected".

   

3. Open the #PUREJOIN POS V2 app.
4. Tap on Menu, then select Settings.

   

5. Scroll down to the Printer Settings section and swipe left on the "Printer 1" box.

   

6. Swiper towards the left and tap on Receipt Printer.

   

7. Select the name of your newly connected printer from the list, then tap Print Test. Verify that a test receipt prints successfully.

   

8. Tap the Save button.

   

9. Completely exit and close the POSV2 app.
10. Re-open the app and log back into all registers to finalize the setup.
