Check Local Network after ISO updated
How to Enable Local Network Access
-
Open your device Settings.
-
Navigate to Privacy > Local Network.

-
Find PureJOIN POS in the list of applications.
-
Toggle the switch next to it to turn it On.

General Note: If your iPad recently underwent an iOS update and you are experiencing network connection issues, try the following solutions in order.
Option 1: Reset Network Settings
-
Open your iPad Settings.
-
Navigate to General > Reset. (Note: On newer iOS versions, this may be under Transfer or Reset iPad > Reset).
-
Select Reset Network Settings.
-
Once the reset is complete and the iPad restarts, go back to Settings > Wi-Fi and reconnect to your Wi-Fi network.
Important: If Option 1 does not fix the connectivity issue, proceed to Option 2.
Option 2: Erase and Reconfigure (Factory Reset)
Warning: This step will erase everything on the iPad. Before proceeding, check which register you are working on. You can find this information at the bottom left of your Purejoin sale screen so you can set it up correctly afterward.
-
Open your iPad Settings.
-
Navigate to General > Reset and select Erase All Content and Settings.
-
Once the reset is complete and you have gone through the initial iPad setup screen, go to Settings > Display & Brightness.
-
Select View, and change it to Zoomed.
-
Go to Settings > Bluetooth.
-
Tap on your receipt printer (it will look like TM-XXXX) to pair it.
-
Put your scanner in pairing mode, find it in the Bluetooth list, and tap to pair it.
-
Open the App Store, search for Purejoin POS for Beauty, and download the app.
